Manage travel costs and locations with video conferencing services.
More and more law firms are realizing the benefits of video
conferencing, especially in a legal environment. Video conferencing has
many benefits in helping to manage and control costs to your client.
When you schedule video conferencing services through NNRC, you can
conduct depositions, meetings, witness interviews, and other case
related services around the world without leaving the city. You can
schedule our services day or night, anywhere, anytime.
Video conferencing is a convenient tool for proficient communication
during the discovery process when people cannot be physically present in
the same location. It provides you with the same advantages as a
face-to-face meeting as you are able to observe each other’s reactions,
expressions, and body language.
Benefits of video conferencing?
The main benefit of video conferencing is increased efficiency. It also
allows for more flexible scheduling of depositions or meetings, as you
no longer have to factor in travel expenses and delays to attend.
More benefits include increased billable hours as you are not wasting
time in airports and cabs. There is also the benefit of reduced fatigue
from travel and time away from your home and family.
And, your client will also benefit from the cost savings due to travel
being minimized, but efficiency being increased.

Tips for a successful video conference.
Try to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled start
time. This will give you some time to help familiarize yourself with
the services and what to expect.
Be aware that there is a slight transmission delay of about 0.5-second.
Avoid wearing clothing with prints, patterns and stripes. Pastel colors
are preferred over white, which may cause a glare effect to other
viewers. White is okay if something dark is worn over top to add
contrast. Avoid wearing red as it may give a “bleeding” effect on the
screen for other viewers.
